Tyler Kline (he/him) was born and raised in Pennsylvania. His debut poetry collection, From That Close, won the Alma Book Award and will be published by Saturnalia Books in Spring 2028. His poems have appeared or are forthcoming in The Believer, Best New Poets, The Massachusetts Review, The Missouri Review, Narrative, POETRY, and Poetry Daily, among other places. The 2015 Poet Laureate of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, he earned his MFA from New York University, where he was a Jan Gabrial Fellow. He currently teaches high school English.
